I took this photo when I was out looking for buildings to take for the portrait of a building assignment. This was taken near the Taunton State Hospital during the middle of the afternoon. I took this with a white balance of cloudy and a large depth of field which made everything in focus. There's repetition with the tires and and pretty good lighting and exposure.

I took this photo during the capturing color assignment. This was taken on the turf when the class went outside to take in-school pictures for the assignment. I like this photo because it has good lighting and it wasn't staged. I also like the point of view since it's not taken straight on, I was laying down on the turf so I was slightly shooting up. This was taken with a sunny white balance and a lower ISO.

This photo wasn't taken for any participant assignment, but it was used for my photo essay last year for the first year digital photography class. This was taken during the summer two years ago up in New Hampshire. I took this with a fast shutter speed and a lower ISO. In my photo essay it was used to display "flow" which kinda represents my mentality since I'm a "go with the flow" type of person.

I took this photo last year for the Expressive Light assignment for the first year digital photography class. Joe was my subject matter and in the assignment he was a basketball player in a photo shoot for a sports magazine. I took this with a high ISO and on a tripod. I also had to be in a ladder because Joe was very tall and the black backdrop could only get so high. This photo reminds me of a serious mentality where when someone makes it to the pros, whatever sport they play becalmed a lot more serous because it's a job as well as something they love to do.

This photo was taken when I went up two Niagra Falls over this past summer. It's a panarama picture that was taken on my, so I'm not sure what the ISO or white balance was. But if it was taken on a DSLR, it'd be a relatively low ISO and a sunny white balance. I like this photo a lot because of the rainbow that's in it. I originally thought that it wouldn't show up in the panorama but it actually did. The rainbow isn't dead center in the picture and neither is the actual falls.

This photo was taken at my friend Pat's house. It was taken during sunset on an iPhone 7 so the ISO and white balance is unknown. I edited this photo by increasing the saturation so the sunset color was more vibrant and also the silhouette of my friend was made so it was slightly darker. I planned to edit the photo so the wood pillars would be straight up and down but I actually liked it better when it was slightly slanted because it made me feel like I was actually there and that i was the one taking the photo again. I really like this photo because it looks like the subject (my friend Seth) is relaxed and just thinking about his life and his future.
This photo was also taken at my friend's Pat's house and it was shot on an iPhone 7 so the ISO and white balance are unknown. I shot this photo randomly when I was walking back from his house to the bonfire. It's a very mysterious and eerie photo that made me feel like I was apart of a horror movie. I edited this photo by making the black darker and the white moonlight whiter. I did this by increasing the saturation and adjusting the levels of the photo in photoshop.
This photo was also taken on an iPhone 7 at my friend's Pat's house. So just like the rest of the photos I've taken at Pat's house the ISO and white balance is unknown. The only thing i did to this photo was adjust the levels. When i tried adjusted the saturation and the hue the sunlight looked too unnatural and the water looked funny. I like to silhoutte in the photo and also the reflection it produces on the water.
